rcady
is the Blue Mountains holiday place you’d choose to
own, minus the boring ownership bits.
It's a dear old place with a happy history, tucked into
a sunny Katoomba hillside, and recently extended and renovated.
Three big bedrooms (two doubles, one with twin beds) complete
with charming old furniture and crisp white linen adjoin
two pampering bathrooms complete with soft white towels on
heated towel rails.

In the living room, sun-drenched during the day, you can
browse books and magazines, watch TV or videos, listen to
music or relax in the glow of the slow-combustion fire.
Throw
open the French doors and take lunch out onto the big verandah,
with currawongs and parrots for entertainment. Or relax by
the barbecue in the flower-filled garden. Dine at the antique
Federation oak dining table and let the dishwasher take care
of the dishes.
There is garaging for your car, undercover entry
to the cottage for those misty (or snowy!) winter nights
and a well-equipped laundry.
Peaceful private Arcady is three minutes’ stroll from
the major tourist attraction, Scenic World (Railway, Skyway,
Sceniscender and rainforest boardwalk), is surrounded by bushwalks,
and is a five minute drive from the cafes and shopping of Katoomba
township.
